- Within 21 days of receiving your order, please put in a request to exchange and we’ll cover the return shipping and replacement shipping. We got you covered baby!
- Returns may be made within 21 days of receiving your order for any reason. If not exchanging, shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount.
Easy as changing a diaper:
- Email at us at email@example.com for a returns and exchanges.
- Please include: Full name, shipping address, order #, if you will be doing a refund or exchange and if exchanging what new product babes would like to try!
- You will then receive a return form and a shipping label via email if exchange. Please include the return form and all products returning in a box. If you are not exchanging, we can send a shipping label and deduct the costs from your refunded amount.
This is the “no thank you” zone for us:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returned or exchanged items must be returned in original packaging with all accessories.
- Returned or exchanged items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
- If a refund is requested, shipping costs, including original shipping costs, will not be refunded.
- Items may not be exchanged or returned if a replacement item, from the same order, has already been requested under the Hunter Lou mom promise.

Hunter Lou, LLC (the “Company”) respects the privacy of its customers and the visitors and users of its websites, products and services.
The Company collects information differently from different types of website users. Visitors to the Company’s website are divided into two categories:
